A Beneficial Addition for all Communities.

When I designed Gear List 3 I wanted a simplified tool to help me organize my hobbies. As a matter of fact, this upcoming rifle season in Idaho I had to check my packing list off on a piece of paper (like a heathen) because the app isn't in working order yet. That was a honest "need" moment for this thing. So I'm pretty hyped to roll Gear List 3 out.

Gear List 3 Public Lists

Key influencers are providing gear lists for dam near everything. I thought about an aspect of Gear List 3 that would be a great addition and help the influencers better interact with their followers; sharing lists with communities in a "featured lists" section in the app which allows for public gear lists for everyone to download and modify how they want. You'll be able to then get an idea of what you might need while your preparing.

Now, I don't want to over complicate this app by having people add everyone just so they can share their gear dumps. I'd like to keep the app more streamlined and be sure to have the list building be the primary function and the social aspect a small secondary. These public lists will be in their own space and accessible to everyone.

This application is going to be beneficial to a lot of people. I've got about 2 more posts coming about the functionality of the app, then I need to pivot to the tactical/military communities because you folks can really benefit from the functions this program will provide. Until then, I plan on downing an animal on the 15th, stand by for pictures.
